In my previous post I talked about WINDOWS 10...
After reading this post I'm sure that many of you will be left amazed.The reason is that in this post I will be talking about Reliance Jio.
Anonymous India the hacktivist group revealed how Reliance Jio is sending call data to the servers that are located outside India and even claim that the Reliance Jio has no control over how the third party server collects the data.
Anonymous India is emerged lately as prominent names when it comes revealing Internet security flaws.
Reliance Jio is giving a 4GB data for daily usage for the user and they are even providing the user with free calls.
It even demanded the installation of 12 application for the support of Reliance Jio.They are as mentioned below.
--> My Jio
-->Jio xpress news
-->Jio security
-->Jio play
-->Jio on demand
-->Jio net
-->Jio money
-->Jio mags
-->Jio join (Jio Dialer)
-->Jio drive
-->Jio chat
-->Jio beats
Anonymous India had warned nearly a year ago about Reliance Jio sending private data that even includes the location data of the user to China.Reliance Jio is still sharing call data with foreign companies according to Anonymous India.
As you all know millions of user are onboard in Reliance Jio and this time Anonymous India has data as a proof that Reliance Jio is sharing call information of User's with the servers that are based in US and Singapore.
AND DO YOU KNOW WHY THIS IS DANGEROUS????
Sharing of any data to a third party directly or indirectly creates troubles to individual's privacy and It is also a concern of National Security.
Anonymous India claims that out of 12 Jio apps that are mention above, 2 apps namely My jio and Jio join (now known as Jio Dialer) are sending user information to an advertisement platformed named as Mad-Me.
The call information even includes the numbers and call duration, which makes it still unclear that why Reliance is sending such sensitive information to ad networks.Mad-me has their server set up in US and this could be the reason that why Reliance is sending the user information to US.HTTPS is used for sending the data.
Anonymous India further claims Reliance Jio saying that they are using third party SDK without verification of data that are sent to the SDK ,which violates user's privacy.
SORRY TO LEAVE ALL RELLIANCE JIO USER WITH GOOSEBUMPS
