==>Over the past many decade there has been a sudden growth in the field of research and advancement related to the a a nano materials .among all the nano materials,a material by name carbon nanotubes has led the way in terms of its captivating structure and also its ability to fumish specific applications ranging from the electronics to the energy. Discovered in 1991 by sumio liijima.a self assembled transistor with nearly 100 percent purity and very high electron mobility.

Solution of carbon nanotubes self -assemble into tiny transistors:

==>The production process is simple:metalic patterns are deposited on a carrier,which is then dipped in to a solution of carbon nanotubes. The tubes are some 500 nanometers long and we placed the electrodes for the transistor at intervals of 300 nanometres. The next transistors is over 500 nano meters away. Loi is confident that this could be increased with clever engineering.
