NASA launches world smallest satellite made by an Indian

Hi  Guys!!

I am here with a new post. !!!

NASA successfully launched world smallest satellite which was built by an Indian student from the facility in wallops islands. Weight of this satellite is just 64 gm and all the design was made by a single 18 years old boy named, Rifarh Sharlook along with six other teammates. It is a very good news for all Indians.

The satellite has given the name "KalamSat" made after the name of the Ex-President and late Sir APJ Abdul kalam who is a nuclear scientist and was flown into the space in NASA sounding rocket on Thursday 3pm (IST).

An Indian teenager having 18 years age hailing from Pallapatti city, Tamil Nadu , has created the smallest satellite "KalamSAT" and had broken all the records over the world.

The satellite is a  sub-orbital flight and the mission was to span in  240 minutes post launch the little satellite was operated for 12 minutes in the micro gravity environment of space. The most important thing of this satellite is that it will demonstrate  performance of 3-D printed carbon fiber.

Rifrah was born to a scientist father, who passed away when he was nine. Even before that , he was inspired by his father work on astronomy. His first project was in 7th std followed by robots, rovers and more. When he came to 8th std he had been associated for Space Kidz India.

The small satellite, fitted in a 3.8cm cube , was built with parts supplied from India board and it includes 8 sensors that can measure different data including temprature and radiations.

And they also built a Near Space Launch Vehicle for  KalamSat.

Thats all for today thank-you all.
